Reserved Ticket Policy
There are no refunds on reserved tickets. Once payment is received, we will not refund the payment.
Tickets can only be exchanged for another evening, if we have the avaliablity, and if done in a timely manner. It is most likely that we will be unable to exchange tickets on the evening of the performance.
If we are sold out, and you are more than ten minutes late, we will release and resell your reserved tickets to those waiting in line to see the show. You will not be refunded on your tickets.
