Battle of the Books

Books, Trivia, Competition

HOW IT WORKS

Teams:
Teams consist of three to five students. Participants can either form their own team or attend a battle to be assigned to a team. Students can choose to read whatever they want from the reading list, but student teams may also choose to strategize/break up the reading. Practice questions will be provided before each battle.

Battle Schedule:
Mystery/Suspense - October 12, 4 pm, Northglenn High School
Fantasy - November 30, 4 pm, Thornton High School
Realistic Fiction - January 18, 4 pm, Mountain Range High School
Science Fiction - March 7, 4 pm, Horizon High School
Final Battle - April 25, 4 pm, Legacy High School - **Rescheduled date

Meetings:
Meetings will be held as needed. Students can stop by the library at any time to check out a book from the reading list.

Fill out the interest form if you are interested in forming a team and/or participating.
