Mission Statement: Our mission is to encourage the staff and students at NGHS to explore their own culture awareness, to understand that each individual is unique and to recognize their individual differences.

Goal: Create an environment that would both challenge and encourage members to become a more diverse group by learning more about their heritage, culture, race and ethnicity.

Vision: Seek continuous growth in membership and for each member to have a better understanding of diversity.
