Weightlifting Club


If you are looking for a place to continue bodybuilding and fitness training or are new to weightlifting, the weightlifting club is the place for you. For those who are new to lifting or bodybuilding, sponsors would be honored to work with you on programming, learning new lifts & helping you achieve your fitness goals.

For those who choose to participate, there will be a monthly competition that test your max weight for the following lifts, deadlift, bench, and squat. Top Achievers will be posted outside Carmack class every month! 

We will be meeting on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays beginning at 3:25 until 4:25 in the afternoon.
