Attention Norse Students! Want to help make decisions about school dances and other activities? Well if you are a freshman, sophomore, or junior and are interested in joining Student Council (STUCO) next year, then come by Ms. Arvizo’s room (406), and pick up a Student Council Application! Learn to be a leader of the school and join the best team around! Applications and teacher recommendations are due on March 13th, 2020.
Hey Norse! Are you interested in volleyball? If yes, make a team with at least 6 people and join the 2020 Peach Fuzz tournament on April 22nd. Teams can be coed and must be six members. Get your permission slips in room 406 and turn into room 406 by April 15th at 3pm. Let's get a big turnout this year!

Are you wanting to participate in the Prom Fashion Show as a model?? Please let Mrs. Bricker and Ms. Finken know to receive a permission slip. The Fashion Show is on Friday, March 20, 2020.
Students, the prom challenge started Monday 3/2 and will go through 4/16. Make sure your attendance is 85% or higher in order to attend prom. Prom tickets will begin being sold on April 9th through the 16. Tickets will be $35 for 100% attendance, $45 for 85%-99% attendance and $50 at the door. Guest Passes will be available in Student Relations.
Seniors, only paid in full graduation announcements were left with the bookkeeper, they are available for pick up during your lunch.
Want to save a life? Millions of patients depend upon lifesaving blood. Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood. If you are 16 or older you can help by donating blood at National Honor Society's Vitalant Blood Drive on March 17th. If you have questions or want to schedule an appointment contact Mr. Pidek in room 214 or email him.
Northglenn Choirs are hosting a Choir Cabaret w/ Chili Cook-Off and Dessert Auction today
at 6:00 PM. This event will take place at New Beginnings Ministry Denver. Come and hear Northglenn students perform solos and in small groups! Bid on a lunch w/ our Head Norse, Ethan Bowen! Bring your best homemade red or green chili to enter the contest. Bring your best homemade Cake/Dessert to be auctioned off. Bring your Chili and/or Dessert by 5:30. Come ready with cash or check to bid on desserts. Admission is free if you bring a dessert, chili. For everyone one else admission is $5/person or $10/family.

Do you enjoy hiking, biking, or adventures? If so, come meet with the admissions counselor from Adams State University. She will be here on Wednesday, March 18th at 10:00 in the counseling office. Seniors may still apply. Sign up in Naviance, or email Mrs. Armijo to get registered.
Camila Taylor from CU Boulder will be here at Northglenn on Tuesday, March 31st when we return from Spring Break. She would like to meet with any admitted students who are interested in reviewing the next steps in the process. She will review financial aid, registration, dorm room selection and more.
