Once a Norse, Always a Norse

athletics

It's almost time for March Madness. The NCAA men's basketball tournament will be a little sweeter for our Norse community as we celebrate our very own Jonah Radebaugh. This Northglenn alum is in his senior year with the UNC Bears as a guard who is shining brightly as a leader on the court, and the stats for the team. Jonah graduated from Northglenn with the aspirations of playing for the Bears and did just that as a walk on. His passion and drive have played a large part of the pack getting a nod for the NCAA tournament this year. The UNC Bears have been highlighted by ESPN as a team to look out for. Under the leadership of coach Jeff Linder (also an NHS alum), Jonah has been highlighted as a powerhouse on offense and defense. We are proud of his committment and dedication that have catapulted him into the spotlight and it is rightfully deserved. We join coach Kevin Knudson and the Norse family to wish the Bears, and especially Jonah, a great time at the big show. Congrats Jonah - "Fear the Mullet!"
