REMOTE LEARNING: We got this!!
Hi Kiddos!! We are using Schoology this year as our Learning Management System (LMS) which is the main way I communicate classroom policies and expectations, assignments, announcements and assessments. Attendance will be taken daily (M,T,Th,F) and is based upon participation in the synchronous Google Meets class (on Wednesday which is asynchronous, attendance will be based upon completion of the daily assignment and check-in/out questions posted that day). Grades will be posted in Infinite Classroom (IC) not Schoology. Please be an advocate for your education and check IC frequently and email your teachers!! We Got This!! See the district website for ways to check out technology for home use!! I am available to help you during class time during student work time. You may make appointments for individual help during my plan hours during the week or during my office hours on Wednesday which includes a drop in time into my Google Meets office hours on Wednesday from 10am-11am or by appointment office hours on Wednesday from 11am-12pm. Send me an email with your request and I will figure out the best way to communicate with you!
If you have questions, email me and I will respond as soon as I can! I will miss seeing your cute faces, but I am excited to get “back to school” in a new way together!!
