Ms. Schreiner is passionate about science but even more passionate about students. She has taught physics and engineering at NHS since 2013. In her classroom, mistakes are welcome. Giving up is not acceptable. Collaboration with peers is key while the individual is still celebrated. Her greatest hope is that each student is challenged and grows while they are at NHS so they can flourish in their lives outside of school. Ms. Schreiner sponsors three clubs (Girls Only STEM, MESA, and Roots n' Shoots). She also does educational research in conjunction with CU Boulder. In her spare time she hikes, reads, paints, plays video games, practices yoga, and rides horses if she can. She loves life and she loves teaching. Check out her site at schreinerphysics.org for more information.
