
Mr. Stelling was born and raised in Wisconsin, America's Dairyland. He earned his bachelors degree in broadfield social sciences, psychology and education from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh, AKA the Stanford of the Midwest. Upon graduation Mr. Stelling moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where he taught middle school social studies for six years. While teaching Mr. Stelling earned his masters degree in counseling. After earning his masters degree he traded in his middle school classroom for a middle school counseling office for four years. After moving to Colorado to pursue his passions in the outdoors, he jumped at the opportunity to work at Northglenn High School. Mr. Stelling has been rolling in the Glenn for 16 years and intends to remain a Norse until he retires many moons from now. Along with being a counselor Mr. Stelling is an assistant wrestling coach and highly involved in the NGHS STEM pathway programs. Mr. Stelling lives nearby with his wife, two daughters and golden retrieve. He enjoys skiing, biking, camping, hiking and competing in triathlons.
Office Hours during remote learning: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8 am - 10 am. Tuesday and Thursday 1 pm to 3 pm.
