
Mr. Zadik López has been teaching at Northglenn High School since 2010. He is originally from Honduras, Central America. So, his first language is Spanish. He is an ELL (English Language Learner) that started learning English at a young age just like many of the NGHS students here. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Fort Lewis College and now has recently earned his Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy studies and Principalship from the University of Denver. He is very happy and greatful to be working at a place where people care about each other and try their best to accomodate student learning and achievement. Mr. López has a small family that includes his wife Kimberly, and his step-son Jakob. He likes to do many actvities such as biking, hiking, fishing, dancing and just having fun. In hindisight, he likes to travel around the world and learn about any and many of the cultures that he can. Mr. López also loves to coach, specially soccer. It is rewarding for him to have students/athletes learn about all the different aspects of the game, and about being an athlete. He currently teaches Spanish I and III, and is the Instructional Leader of the World Languages Department.
